Debs Wardle - Comedy Writer

Hello! I’m Debs and I’m a comedy writer

I’ve been a serious comedy writer (as it were) for several years and have trained with some fantastic script editors to develop my craft.

Having grown up in North Devon where superstition and magic abound, I have a fascination with all things folklore which often seeps into my writing. I also love a bit of sci-fi (I’m a massively geeky Whovian).

Below are a selection of projects I’ve written for TV, radio, and stage. If you would like to discuss any of my existing work or if you’d be interested in collaborating with me on a new project, please get in touch.
